Euclid Ave. in Princeton. This will be a trunk show of quilts found at auctions and garage sales. A workshop for making labels for the back of a quilt, presented by Uylaine Barringer, will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 3 at the Farm Bureau Building in Princeton. Reunion meeting SPRING VALLEY — The Hall High School Class of 1969 will hold a reunion planning meeting at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Spring Creek Golf Course. The reunion is set for Oct. 3 at the golf course. DAR meeting PRINCETON — The Princeton-Illinois chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 2 at the Prouty Building in Princeton. The program, “Abraham Lincoln Comes Home,” will be presented by member participation with family and local remembrances. Hostesses are Joanne Swan, chairman, Victoria Kopp, M. Sue May and Beverly Larson. Jewelry fair SPRING VALLEY — St. Margaret’s Hospital Auxiliary will sponsor a jewelry fair in the lower lobby of the hospital from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 1, and from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 2. PCHS fall program HENNEPIN — Bartlett Kassabaum of Princeton will be the speaker at the fall program of the Putnam County Historical Society at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 4 in the ag museum in Hennepin. Kassabaum is an award-winning local artist known for his wildlife paintings. The program is open to everyone. Admission is free. Society members are asked to bring a finger food to pass.
