PRINCETON — Rick R. Clary, community bank president for Central Bank Princeton, has announced the appointment of Betty Fisher as a mortgage loan originator for the bank.

Fisher will be responsible for the real estate lending function for the company’s Princeton location. She brings more than a a decade of lending experience specializing in residential home loans.

Fisher attended Illinois Valley Community College where she studied accounting and business administration, with an emphasis on finance. She is an Illinois Residential Mortgage Broker and Illinois Life Insurance Agent, offering clients in-depth knowledge and experience in the home buying process.

At Central Bank, Fisher offers her expertise to clients seeking traditional real estate financing options such as fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages, refinancing and new home construction, in addition to FHA and Rural Development loans.

Just prior to joining Central Bank, Fisher was the branch manager and loan officer for Allied Home Mortgage in Princeton. Previously she worked for American Home Loans, also in Princeton, as a loan officer. She has served on the Advisory Board for Consumer Credit Counseling of Peoria, was a five-year chairman of the Princeton High School Sport Booster Fundraiser Committee, a former treasurer of the Logan Junior High P.R.I.D.E. Board, and a member-volunteer for the Princeton Chamber of Commerce.
