CHICAGO — Kim Bettasso, AFA, has joined the practice of Richard A. Pollock of Ameriprise Financial Services Inc., as an associate financial advisor. Her office is located at Dearborn Station, in Chicago.

An AFA is a fully licensed advisor who represents an Ameriprise Financial Services franchisee.

Bettasso has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and has successfully acquired series 7, general securities representative exam, series 65, uniform investment advisor law exam, life, accident, health, variable contracts and long term care licenses. She will be consulting with clients both in the Illinois Valley and Chicago markets.

As an AFA, she will work to help clients plan for their financial goals for a lifetime – through a personal long-term financial planning relationship. An AFA is a fully licensed advisor who works with a franchisee of Ameriprise Financial to serve clients and grow the business. AFAs help clients identify financial needs and objectives and recommend solutions to help them plan for their goals.
