Echo Bluff, located outside of Spring Valley, hosted a Star Party Saturday night. With the weather perfect for stargazing, event participants enjoyed astronomy-related software demonstrations, a slide presentation of “The Universe,” and naked eye and telescope demonstrations. At left, Jaime Avela, 7, of Granville looks through a telescope where he was able to see Saturn and three of its moons.  About 75 people attended the event.
