Battery

Alicia Douglas, 43, of Spring Valley was charged with battery for allegedly pushing and grabbing a 56-year-old female at the Heather Apartments on Ponsetti Drive at 12:40 p.m. Nov. 7.

Driving while license suspended

Waily S. Castaneda, 52, of Spring Valley was charged with driving while suspended at the intersection of Route 6 and Oak Street at 6:31 p.m. Nov. 7.

Cassondra Izaguirre, 20, of Princeton was charged with driving while suspended on Route 6, 1/2 mile west of Route 89 at 3:25 p.m. Nov. 6.

Obstructing a peace officer

Bernardo Orozco, 32, of Mendota was charged with driving while suspended, unlawful possession of a fraudulent I.D. card and obstructing a peace officer, in the 100 block of West Dakota Street at 12:25 p.m. Nov. 6.

No valid driver's license

Luis Bochanegra, 42, of DePue was charged with no valid driver's license, no insurance and failure to signal when required, at the intersection of Dakota and Richards streets at 8:39 p.m. Nov. 6.

Unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor

Jerrell L. Rogers, 20, of Oglesby was charged with unlawful consumption of alcoholic liquor by a minor, in the 200 block of East Fourth Street at 10:25 p.m. Nov. 7.

Dog running at large

Susan Garcia, 51, of Spring Valley was charged with allowing her dog to run at large, in the 600 block of East Erie Street at 6:30 a.m. Nov. 6.

The Princeton High School Tigers beat the Rock Falls Rockets Wednesday 66-55 during sectional play at Byron. The Tigers will now play the undefeated Winnebago Indians at 7:30 p.m. Friday for the sectional championship.
