Buresh knows where she will be playing next year, as well. The Annawan all-stater will sign a national letter of intent Thursday morning at AHS to continue her career at Quincy University. The Bravettes’ forward averaged 20.4 points and 8.2 rebounds a game, shooting 50.6 percent from the field and 83.1 percent from the free throw line. She led the Bravettes to a 27-3 record and a No. 1 ranking in the final AP poll. She was chosen all-state her junior season by the Chicago Sun Times, the Associated Press, Illinois Basketball Coaches Association and was the Illinois Basketball Services Player of the Year.
