Traffic stops

Kasey Y. Hull, 21, of Glenwood was charged with driving while license revoked/suspended on Interstate 80 eastbound near mile marker 59, east of Princeton, at 2:25 a.m. Aug. 27.

Chad D. Leverette, 44, of Kewanee was charged with speeding and driving while license revoked on Route 6 near 1800 East Street, west of Prince­ton, at 2:03 a.m. Aug. 20. He was wanted on a Stark County warrant for failure to appear for aggravated driving under the influence and aggravated driving while license revoked.

Disorderly conduct

A 15-year-old boy was charged with disorderly conduct in Bureau Valley High School at 10:23 a.m. Aug. 27.

Domestic battery

Justin L. May, 46, of Ohio was charged with domestic battery at a rural Walnut home at 8:11 p.m. Aug. 27.

Phillip G. Gandy III of Sheffield was charged with domestic battery in the 500 block of South Main Street in Sheffield at 5:11 a.m. Aug. 18.

Deer accidents

A vehicle driven by Vincent A. Pennock, 29, of Tiskilwa struck a deer on 1030 North Avenue near Interstate 180, west of Bureau, at 7:54 a.m. Aug. 26.

A vehicle driven by Sandy Hulse, 74, of Norville, N.Y., struck a deer on Interstate 80 eastbound near mile marker 46, northeast of Buda, at 6:15 a.m. Aug. 16.

A vehicle driven by Brent E. Seger, 58, of Colona struck a deer on Route 6 near 270 East Street, southeast of Mineral, at 8:01 a.m. Aug. 16.

A vehicle driven by Maria A. Miramontes, 52, of Bureau struck a deer on 2775 East Street neat Route 29, north of DePue, at 2:48 p.m. Aug. 16.

A vehicle driven by Ashley M. Hardison of Henry struck a deer on Route 29 near 1245 North Avenue, west of DePue, at 7 p.m. Aug. 16.

A vehicle driven by Timothy L. Philhower, 28, of Sheffield struck a deer in the intersection of 1200 North Avenue and 1200 East Street, east of Buda, at 1:46 a.m. Aug. 21.

A vehicle driven by John E. Holt, 68, of LaMoille struck a deer on 2200 North Avenue near 2950 East Street, west of Arlington, at 10:59 a.m. Aug. 22.

A vehicle driven by Joseph A. Heathcoat, 22, of Bradford struck a deer on 150 North Avenue near 1525 East Street, southeast of Milo, at 5:47 a.m. Aug. 23.

A vehicle driven by Katelyn C. Arnold, 27, of Buda struck a deer on the Buda Blacktop near 740 East Street, west of Buda, at 3:51 p.m. Aug. 24.


A vehicle driven by Maya P. Rockwell, 21, of Peoria swerved off the roadway and flipped onto its hood on Route 40 near 1000 North Avenue, south of Buda, at 2:14 p.m. Aug. 17. Rockwell was transported by Stark County Ambulance to Perry Memorial Hospital.

A vehicle driven by Joann F. Ward, 74, of LaMoille went off the roadway, struck an embankment and ended up in a cornfield near the intersection of Route 26 and 2050 North Avenue, north of Princeton, at 7:30 a.m. Aug. 19. Ward was transported by Princeton Ambulance to Perry Memorial Hospital.

A vehicle driven by Kortney A. Nunley, 36, of Tiskilwa failed to stop due to a brake malfunction, went into a ditch where it rolled three times before coming to rest in a bean field near the intersection of 250 North Avenue and 1825 East Street, southeast of Milo, at 8:12 p.m. Aug. 20. Nunley was transported by Tiskilwa Ambulance to Perry Memorial Hospital.

A two-vehicle accident involving Josefina R. Levine, 66, of Dalzell and Dorian I. Manrriquez, 18, of LaSalle occurred in the intersection of West Richards Street and Lucy Street in Dalzell at 10:40 p.m. Aug. 18.

A two-vehicle accident involving Jeanne E. Jarigese, 62, of Buda and Jody E. Fiste, 51, of Buda occurred on Route 40 near 1550 North Avenue, north of Buda, at 9:29 p.m. Aug. 24.

A vehicle driven by Alberto Martinez, 50, of Spring Valley swerved to avoid striking a deer and went off the roadway on Route 29 near Route 89, north of Spring Valley, at 6 a.m. Aug. 25.

A vehicle driven by Sherry M. Dockins, 58, of Princeton went into a ditch and struck an embankment on Route 34 near 1600 East Street, east of Wyanet, at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 26.

A two-vehicle accident involving Amanda R. Donovan, 36, of Neponset and Rachel A. Rashid, 20, of Kewanee occurred on 350 East Street near 1225 North Avenue, north of Neponset, at 2:40 a.m. Aug. 10.

A two-vehicle accident involving Logan P. Ozburn, 29, of Tiskilwa and Susanna Rotchy, 54, of Dixon occurred in the intersection of Route 6 and Interstate 180, east of Princeton, at 1:33 p.m. Aug. 16.

Illegal dumping

Jennifer L. Ferris of Buda was charged with illegal dumping at a rural Buda address at 8:46 a.m. Aug. 20.
