PRINCETON — A Princeton man is facing child pornography charges after a state investigation found him possessing, disseminating and producing child pornography of a child under 13 years of age.
Nicholas S. Bouslog, 39, has been charged with two Class X felonies: one count for dissemination of child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.
According to a news release issued by Illinois State Police, Division of Criminal Investigation, investigators executed a search warrant on Thursday at a residence in Princeton following a preliminary investigation that revealed Bouslog was allegedly engaged in possessing, disseminating and producing child pornography.
A thorough investigation ensued, and DCI investigators, with the assistance of the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, gathered digital evidence supporting the arrest.
During the execution of the warrant, investigators came in contact with Bouslog and arrested him for possession and dissemination of child pornography. The Bureau County State’s Attorney’s Office approved both Class X felony charges.
Bouslog is being held in the Bureau County Jail awaiting bond. Additional charges are pending. The investigation is ongoing.
