PRINCETON — The city of Princeton has initiated a ban on burning this spring.
Respiratory issues compounded by COVID-19 steered the city toward instituting the ban, Mayor Joel Quiram stated.
Burning was to begin on April 1, and was to be in effect through April 30.
Quiram stated the issue will be revisited in the fall.
“Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation,” Quiram stated.
