Central Bank Illinois announces officer promotions

Central Bank Illinois recently announced several officer promotions. Neal Knauf and Tevis Mott were each recognized for their excellent performance and willingness to accept responsibility on behalf of the bank.

“Each of these individuals has demonstrated their dedication to excellence through their high-level performance of any tasks assigned to them,” said John Dubois, president and CEO of Central Bank Illinois. “We are proud to have individuals of this caliber on our team and wish them continued success in their careers with Central Bank.”

Neal Knauf, from the Central Bank Peru office, has been named vice president - loan officer. He is an alumnus of St. Bede Academy and Illinois State University where he majored in agribusiness. He joined Central Bank in 2014 while attending ISU; upon graduation in 2017, he was named an assistant vice president - loan officer. He specializes in commercial and agricultural lending, serving primarily the Peru and other market areas as requested. He is active throughout the community and is a member of Rotary, the United Way Board, the Peru CSO and the Illinois Valley Leads.

Tevis Mott, from the Central Bank Princeton office, was promoted to vice president - loan officer. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville majoring in agricultural education and technical education. Originally from the Buda area and a graduate of Bureau Valley High School, he has an extensive background in agriculture. He joined the Princeton office of Central Bank in 2016. He specializes in agricultural and commercial lending and looks forward to developing and strengthening loan relationships throughout Princeton and the entire Bureau Valley area.
