Brandon M. Mallery, 38, of Tiskilwa was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle on 1250 North Avenue near 1950 East Street near Princeton at 4:12 p.m. Sept. 2.
Resisting a peace officer
Tyler G. Harris, 29, of Princeton was charged with resisting a peace officer in the 900 block of West Central Avenue at 12:23 p.m. Sept. 15.
Brian T. Shumack, 47, of Princeton was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid accident and driving under the influence of alcohol in the 100 block of North Main Street at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 6.
Jazmine R. Delbridge, 24, of Princeton was charged with driving on a suspended driver's license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in in the intersection of Sixth and Peru streets at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 4.
Jonathon A. Buckman, 36, of Princeton was charged with driving while license revoked in the intersection of Peru and First streets at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 3.
A 17-year-old Princeton girl was charged with theft from the Bureau County Metro Center at 6:16 p.m. Sept. 3.
Spring Valley Police
Following in investigation, Haley J. Wollack, 20, homeless was charge with forgery and unlawful use of a credit card in the 400 block of West Erie Street at 4 p.m. Sept. 6. According to police, Wollack allegedly forged checks and used a credit card without permission at various Spring Valley businesses. She was also arrested on a LaSalle County Warrant for failure to appear for filing a false report.
Traffic stop/warrant arrest
Tobe A. Lohman, 18, of Granville was charged with driving while license suspended in the intersection of Erie and Terry streets at 3:59 p.m. Sept. 4. Also in the vehicle was Daniel A. Rutkowski, 24, of Spring Valley who was found to have a valid Bureau County Warrant for failure to appear for driving while license revoked. He was released and given a new court date.
A two-vehicle accident involving a 17-year-old Spring Valley boy and Colby W. Ronald, 82, of Spring Valley occurred on Dakota Street near Power Street at 8:41 a.m. Sept. 2. The boy was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to yield.
