Violation of order of protection

Aaron M. Hubbard, 34, of Princeton was charged with violating an order of protection in the 500 block of West Owen Street in Tiskilwa at 11:54 a.m. Oct. 13.

Vehicle accidents

A two-vehicle accident involving Erin L. McCauley, 62, of Princeton and Kenray C. Guajardo, 34, of Spring Valley occurred on Route 29 near Interstate 180, southeast of Princeton, at 5:43 p.m. Oct. 13.

A two-vehicle accident involving Haley Schmitz, 18, of Peru and Cassie Ashby, 19, of Cherry occurred on Route 6 near 2775 East Street near Spring Valley at 1:20 p.m. Oct. 14.

A single-vehicle accident involving Melinda B. Broadus, 40, of Princeton occurred on Route 26 near Interstate 180, southeast of Princeton, at 3:44 p.m. Oct. 19.

Illegal consumption

A 17-year-old Ohio boy, a 17-year-old Ohio girl and a 16-year-old Manlius girl were all charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Ohio Park at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 13.

Deer accidents

A vehicle driven by Gary A. Humphreys, 74, of Buda struck a deer on Route 6 near 1200 East Street near Princeton at 8:52 p.m. Oct. 14.

A vehicle driven by Mathew G. Schlindwein, 23, of Princeton struck a deer on 1490 East Street near 1745 North Avenue near Wyanet at 4:53 a.m. Oct. 15.

Traffic stops

Marcus J. Saepharn, 18, of Cherry was charged with speeding and driving while license revoked/suspended on Route 89 near 1700 North Avenue near Arlington at 5:25 p.m. Oct. 16.

Vinson R. Willtrout, 27, of Manlius was charged with speeding on Route 40 near 2700 North Avenue near Manlius at 5:16 p.m. Oct. 18.

Eric R. Marquez, 18, of Prophetstown was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle on Route 40 near 2700 North Avenue near Manlius at 8:25 p.m. Oct. 18.

Battery/contributing to criminal delinquency

A 14-year-old Walnut boy was charged with battery and Wesley C. Bartels, 39, of Walnut was charged with contributing to criminal delinquency of a juvenile in the 200 block of Walnut Grove in Walnut at 1:22 p.m. Oct. 18.

Vehicle accidents

A two-vehicle accident involving Timothy Slattery, 64, of Wood River, Ill. and Joseph Morenda, 21, of Spring Valley occurred in the 100 block of East Devlin Street near Spalding Street at 8:24 p.m. Oct. 19. Slattery was charged with improper turn.

A two-vehicle accident involving Chris Desmarais, 41, of Spring Valley and Brigitte Ruch, 27, of Ashton occurred in the 00 block of East Fifth Street near Greenwood Street at 7:15 p.m. Oct. 20.

Warrant arrest

Hailly Ziegler, 23, of Granville was picked up in the 100 block of South Spalding Street at 7:08 p.m. Oct. 19 on a Henry County Warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
